2 adults, 1 child hospitalized following single-vehicle crash on Mopac Expy
AUSTIN, TX – Three people, including one child, were hospitalized following a pin-in collision on the Mopac Expressway this afternoon, according to a report by Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened in the 10400 block of S Mopac Expressway northbound at 12:07 p.m., when a single vehicle crashed, pinning one person briefly within the wreckage.
One person was declared a trauma alert, then taken to St. David’s South with serious, possibly life-threatening wounds.
An adult and a child were taken to the same hospital with minor wounds.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
