7 Manor ISD students involved in crash on FM 973

MANOR, TX – According to KVUE, 7 Manor ISD students involved in a crash on FM 973, near Highway 290.

The incident took place early this morning at around 2 a.m. when two vehicles collided head-on. Several Manor ISD students were riding in the bed of a pickup truck during the crash. Two students were hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver in the other vehicle was also hospitalized.

Police suspect that intoxication may have played a role in the crash. This incident is under investigation and this story will be updated if new details emerge.
