Arrest Affidavit Shed Light Regarding Deadly DUI Crash
An arrest affidavit has provided more details regarding a fatal DUI crash, according to a March 3 article by CBS 7.
The incident took place in Highway 191, Friday night. 29-year-old Marissa M. Ramos was driving at least 112 mph while its cruise control was set at 70 mph. This caused her 2017 BMW 320I to rear-end a pickup truck, flipping it several times and ejecting Amanda Marie Ring. Unfortunately, Ring died from the crash.
Ramos kept changing her story regarding the crash, but the affidavit clarified the incident. Ramos with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault with a vehicle.
