Austin worker injured after becoming trapped on crane
AUSTIN, TX – One individual was transported to the hospital after being trapped on the top of a crane in downtown Austin.
According to KXAN, Fire and emergency services responded to the scene at 700 East 3rd Street shortly before 7:30 A.M.
Officials rescued the worker by assisting them down the ladder. Once the individual was safe on the ground, they were transported to Dell Seton Medical Center to be treated for minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
Details regarding how the victim got stuck on the crane have yet to be released.
