Crash closes busy intersection in Barton Creek

AUSTIN, TX – Officials in Travis County were forced to close an intersection while investigating a crash late Wednesday night.

The collision occurred at about 9:40 p.m. in the intersection of West William Cannon Drive and Southwest Parkway near Barton Creek, according to the Austin-Travis County traffic report page.

No injuries were reported as a result of the collision. However, officials did close the road so the crash could be investigated and cleared. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any further details as they are made available.
