Cyclist killed overnight in hit-and-run crash
AUSTIN, TX – According to KXAN, a bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the northbound lanes of the I-35 frontage road near Tech Ridge Boulevard.
The crash took place at around 11 p.m. last night. An unknown driver struck a bicyclist before fleeing the crash scene.
The victim received CPR but was pronounced dead at the crash scene.
Police are continuing to search for the culprit.
