Dead body found on busy North Austin road

AUSTIN, TX – North Austin officials responded to reports of a dead body laying on Research Boulevard early Wednesday morning.

According to  The Austin American Statesman, the call came in just before 1:30 a.m. of a possible deceased person in the middle of the road near the intersection of Research Boulevard and Burnet Road.

Paramedics pronounced the female patient deceased upon thier arrival at the scene. An investigation into the cause of death is currently underway.
