Deadly crash catches semi-truck on fire
AUSTIN, TX – According to KXAN, the driver of an SUV was killed last night after rear-ending a semi-truck on TX-71 near Montopolis Drive.
This incident took place at around 2 a.m. when the SUV hit an Amazon truck parked on the highway’s shoulder. The truck caught fire and the SUV went under the truck.
Police believe that the SUV was traveling at a high rate of speed. The truck’s driver was not injured in the crash.
