End Of December Crash Victim Identified
The identity of the man who died in a crash on December 31 has been released, according to a January 14 article by KXAN.
He was identified as 32-year-old Amisi Lukongo. He was standing in the middle of the 6700 block of Manor Road when a maroon 2008 Cadillac crashed into him. He was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center but was pronounced deceased shortly after. This incident was the 86th fatal traffic crash of 2019.
