First responders free patient from vehicle following crash

AUSTIN, TX – According to a Tweet from the Austin-Travis County EMS, first responders have freed a person who was trapped in a vehicle due to a crash.

FINAL vehicle rescue 7500-7824 S I35 Svrd SB: #ATCEMSMedics have transported an adult patient to St. David’s South with potentially serious injuries. EMS no longer on scene. No further information is available.

The accident took place on the Southbound I-35 frontage road near US-183 this morning, just before 8 a.m. One person was pinned in their vehicle due to a crash.

The victim was hospitalized with potentially serious injuries following the accident. There were traffic delays in the area due to the crash.
