Late night crash shuts down lanes on SH-71

TRAVIS COUNTY, TX  – Officials with the Travis County Sheriff’s office were forced to close off at least one lane on State Highway 71 following a crash late Tuesday night.

According to the Autin-Travis County traffic report page, the accident happened on SH-71 westbound near Doctor Scott Drive just after 11:00 p.m. No word on if any injuries were sustained as a result of the crash has been made available.

Authorities have closed off the westbound lanes on SH-71 following the crash and are urging drivers to find an alternate route around the collision throughout Tuesday night and into early Wednesday morning.
