Motorcyclist injured due to crash on W Cesar Chavez Street

AUSTIN, TX – According to a tweet from the Austin-Travis County EMS, a motorcyclist has been injured due to a crash on W Cesar Chavez Street.

FINAL Motorcycle Collision at 900blk W Cesar Chavez St: #ATCEMSMedics have transported an adult patient (Trauma Alert) to Dell Seton Medical Center w/ critical, life threatening injuries. Extended road closures near scene are likely, avoid if possible. No other info available.

The crash took place yesterday just after midnight. The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the accident. The victim sustained critical, life-threatening injuries in the accident and was hospitalized.
