Motorist in serious condition after crash on Mopac Expwy.
AUSTIN, TX – Emergency services have reported one person seriously injured following a single-vehicle collision on the Mopac Expressway Thursday afternoon.
According to the official Twitter page of Austin-Travis County EMS, the accident occurred within the 8500 block of North Mopac at about 2:30 p.m.

Paramedics extracted one person from their vehicle. They were rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center to be treated for serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
An official investigation into the cause of the accident remains underway.
