Officials respond to 2 multi-vehicle crashes on Hwy 290 and Circle Dr
AUSTIN, TX – Authorities responded to two separate multi-vehicle collisions near the same stretch of Highway 290 in West Oak Hill yesterday morning.
According to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on Highway 290 near Circle Drive, and was reported at 7:55 a.m.
Deputies working two collisions on US 290 near Circle Drive (the west end of that road). One involves three vehicles, the other involves four. One WB lane is closed. Expect delays in the area.

One of the collisions involved three vehicles, while the other crash involved a total of four.
Authorities closed one westbound lane of the highway as they worked the accident.
It is unclear at this point what led to the crashes, or if anyone was hurt as a result.
Drivers were told to expect traffic delays near the scene.
