One person hospitalized following multi-vehicle crash on SH-71
AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision on State Highway 71 yesterday morning, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision occurred in the 12400 block of W SH-71 at 10:19 a.m., when three vehicles collided.
One person was pinned within the wreckage and declared a trauma alert. After being extricated from their vehicle, they were taken to South Austin Medical Center with possibly serious injuries.
Four people refused transport at the scene.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
