One person in critical condition after N Austin pedestrian accident

AUSTIN, TX – One person was seriously injured in north Austin yesterday evening after a car collided with a pedestrian, according to a tweet published by the Austin-Travis County EMS.

 

The accident happened near the intersection of W Parmer Ln and Lamplight Village Ave, near Westview Middle School at about 5 p.m.

One person, whose identity was not publicly released, was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital in Round Rock with critical, life-threatening wounds.

Authorities warned travelers in the area of road closures and heavy traffic delays.
