One person injured after being trapped against pole in Hwy 183 crash
AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle collided with a pole on Highway 183 yesterday afternoon, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident occurred in the 13770 block of N US-183 service road at 4:04 p.m., when a single vehicle collided with a pole, trapping at least three people inside the wreckage.
After authorities managed to extricate the three people from the crash, one of the victims was taken to the hospital in Round Rock with injuries deemed to be potentially serious.
The other two occupants of the vehicle were not reported as hurt.
The identity of the victim was not released.
