One possibly injured after speeding teen driver rear-ends vehicle in Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, TX (WILLIAMSON COUNTY) – A woman suffered possible injuries during a rear-end collision north in Georgetown on Tuesday morning, according to MyAccident.org.

The collision occurred at 1299 State Highway 29, near Route 126, at 7:47 a.m., when the driver of a grey 2009 Nissan, an 18-year-old from Liberty Hill, failed to control the speed of her vehicle.

The Nissan rear-ended a gray 2018 Ford, operated by a 36-year-old woman, also from Liberty Hill.

The driver of the Ford sustained possible injuries during the accident.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The weather was clear at the time of the accident.
