Pedestrian critically injured after being hit by car on Parmer Ln
AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian was left with severe injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Parmer Lane late last night, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision occurred in the 1100 block of W Parmer Ln at 11:59 p.m., when an adult pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The patient was declared a trauma alert, and then was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center for the treatment of critical, life-threatening wounds.
Drivers were told to expect delays near the scene and to avoid the crash site if possible.
It is unclear at this point if the driver remained at the scene after the accident.
