Pedestrian Killed In Car Accident Identified
A pedestrian who died in a car crash has been identified, according to a December 31, 2019 article by CBS Austin.
The Austin Police Department have identified him as 22-year-old Elvin Diaz-Felipe. He was struck on the early morning of December 22, at E. Braker Lane and Dessau Road. Diaz-Felipe was walking parallel to but outside of the crosswalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver cooperated with the police and remained at the scene. No charges are expected to be filed.
