Pedestrian struck and killed in Travis County
TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Officials in Bee Cave have reported a fatality after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle along a busy freeway Wednesday.
The accident happened on Bee Cave Parkway at the intersection with RM 620 at about 6:00 a.m., according to the Austin American-Statesman.
Emergency Medical Services pronounced the pedestrian deceased when they arrived at the scene. Details regarding how the accident transpired and the identity of the pedestrian have not been made available.
Bee Cave Pkwy. has since reopened following the crash.
