Person airlifted to hospital following multi-vehicle crash on SH-71
BEE CAVE, TX – Austin-Travis County EMS reports that one person was airlifted to the hospital following a multi-vehicle collision on State Highway 71 yesterday evening.

The collision occurred at 6:31 p.m. in the 13700-14301 blocks of W SH-71, when multiple vehicles collided, causing several people to be pinned within the wreckage.
An adult victim was declared a trauma alert, and then was airlifted to the hospital with serious, possibly life-threatening wounds.
Another victim, a juvenile, refused transport to the hospital.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
