Person hospitalized in critical crash after head-on crash on Todd Ln
AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a head-on crash on Todd Lane on Friday night, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.
FINAL vehicle rescue 3900blk Todd Ln: 2 vehicle “head-on” collision, 1 patient entrapped, 1 trauma alert patient transported to St David’s South with critical life threatening injuries. 2 additional refusals. EMS no longer on scene. No further information available.

The accident occurred in the 3900 block of Todd Lane at 9:44 p.m., when two vehicles collided head-on.
One person was entrapped within the wreckage for a short time. By 9:59 p.m., the victim had been extricated from the crash and was declared a trauma alert by authorities. They were taken to St. David’s South for the treatment of severe, life-threatening wounds.
Two other people refused treatment at the scene.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
