Police seek the public’s help in identifying hit-and-run suspect

AUSTIN, TX – Authorities in North Austin are asking for the public’s’ assistance in providing any information that may lead to an arrest in connection to a deadly July hit-and-run.

The incident occurred within the 9100 block of Research Boulevard at about 1:30 a.m. on July 23rd. Sarah Dabadie, 43, was found lying dead in the street by passersby who called police following the crash.

According to the Austin American Statesman, the driver failed to stop and render assistance to the victim at the scene. No details regarding their identity or the vehicle involved have been released.
