Scooter rider hurt in accident near S Lamar Blvd
AUSTIN, TX – A person riding a scooter was hurt in an accident last night near South Lamar Boulevard, according to the Austin American-Statesman.
The accident was reported to Austin-Travis County EMS just after 9:45 p.m. at the 500 block of South Lamar Boulevard.
The scooter rider was declared a trauma alert and taken to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of injuries considered to be potentially serious.
There are no further details at this time as to what caused the accident.
