Spicewood Trucking accident leaves one dead and another in critical condition

SPICEWOOD, TX – Spicewood officials reported an accident involving two trucks along SH-71 Thursday.

The accident occurred at about 2:45 p.m. near the intersection of SH-71 and Bob Wire Road, according to KXAN. Medics performed CPR on one victim until they were able to transport them to an area hospital. The other was pronounced dead at the scene.

No information on what may have caused the crash has been released yet. However, the investigation is ongoing and we will provide further details as they are made available.
