Teenage pedestrian hit by vehicle in N Austin

AUSTIN, TX – A teenage pedestrian has been taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle this morning in north Austin, according to the official Twitter account of Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident happened at 11:17 a.m. at the intersection of North Lamar Boulevard and Ferguson Drive.

The teenager has been declared a trauma alert with “potentially serious injuries.”

There is no information at this time regarding the identity of the victim or how the accident occurred.
