Truck spills manure on TX-71 near the Austin Bergstrom Airport
AUSTIN, TX – According to TxDOT Austin, a truck has spilled manure on TX-71 near the Austin Bergstrom Airport.
Traffic Advisory: Eastbound SH 71 at Spirit of Texas Dr by Austin Bergstrom Airport has been reduced to one lane by manure. A truck lost its load, and traffic there will stink for a while🤢. Stay left, keep your windows up, breathe lightly, and allow extra time. #atxtraffic

The truck lost its load near Spirit of Texas Drive at around 10:30 a.m. The highway’s eastbound lanes were reduced to one lane due to the spill. Drivers in the area have been advised to expect delays.
