Two people hurt in Oak Hills single-vehicle crash

AUSTIN, TX – Two people were taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle pin-in crash in southwest Austin early this morning, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision occurred in the West Oak Hills area, at the intersection of W Highway 290 and Circle Drive, at 1:37 a.m.

A single vehicle crashed, causing two people to be briefly pinned within the wreckage.

The first victim was taken to the hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.

The second victim sustained possibly serious wounds, and was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

The identities of the victims and the cause of the crash were not immediately available.
