UPDATE: One dead, two critically injured in Travis County accident
TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Officials in Travis County have reported one fatality and two people hospitalized in serious condition following a crash Northwest of Austin Wednesday night.
The incident occurred on Farm to Market Road 1431 at about 9:20, as previously reported. According to Austin-Travis County EMS, paramedics extracted one individual who was unconscious and pinned in their vehicle.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene while two others were transported to Round Rock Medical Center with serious, life-threatening injuries.
Details regarding what caused the crash or the identities of those involved have yet to be released. Will will provide any further information if and when is made public.
