Vehicle fire closes two southbound lanes of I-35 after US-290
AUSTIN, TX – According to TxDOT, a vehicle fire has closed two southbound lanes of I-35 after US-290.
Traffic Advisory: A vehicle fire has closed the southbound right two lanes on I-35 after 290/71 Ben White Frey-Exit 230. Stay left and expect delays until cleared. #atxtraffic #my35

This incident was reported at around 8:23 a.m. this morning. The right lanes of the highway are currently blocked. Drivers in the area should expect delays and stay left.
