Victim dies 2 weeks after South Austin hit-and-run crash
AUSTIN, TX – The victim of a hit-and-run collision in South Austin last month succumbed to her injuries over two weeks after the incident.
According to KXAN, 57-year-old Lisa Vann was struck by a dark-colored sedan within the 300 block of East Ben White Boulevard in the early morning hours of August 25th.
Vann was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center immediately following the crash. Unfortunately, she died of her injuries on September 9th.
An investigation into the driver involved in the crash remains underway.
