The man who died after being struck by a bus last year has been identified, according to a February 9 article by KXAN.
64-year-old Ricardo Romero-Velasces was killed in a bus collision in the 2000 block of East Oltorf Street on December 2019. He was exiting from the rear door of a Cap Metro bus when he stumbled backwards and fell off the curb. He was then struck by the rear portion of the bus as it drove away.
