Woman hospitalized after early-morning hit-and-run in Round Rock
ROUND ROCK, TX – A woman was hospitalized after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Round Rock early this morning, according to the Round Rock Police Department.
We need your help locating a white or silver, mid-size SUV involved in an auto-pedestrian collision on the northbound frontage road of IH-35 just north of SH-45 at approx. 5:15am Saturday morning. The crash happened on the northbound I-35 frontage road, near State Highway 45, at about 5:15 a.m., when a female pedestrian was hit by the driver of a white or silver mid-sized SUV. The driver then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Authorities are asking those with any information on the crash to contact the RRPD at 512-218-5500.
