Pedestrian struck and injured near South Lamar Boulevard
AUSTIN, TX- A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and hospitalized on South Lamar Boulevard on Tuesday night, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
At approximately 6:52pm, officials responded to the area of 419-429 South Lamar Boulevard due to reports of a pedestrian crash. The victim was critically injured and subsequently transported to Dell Seton Medical Center in life-threatening condition.
