Man crashes into a wall and dies on Eastex Freeway
HOUSTON, TX- A 40 year-old man died after his vehicle hit a wall on Eastex Freeway and Beltway 8 on Feb. 3rd around 2:49a.m., Click2Houston reports.
A witness reported that they stopped to assist the man after the crash. The man had exited the vehicle and seemed to not be injured but did not want to be assisted. The witness drove off and police found the man deceased by the time they appeared.
The deceased man was about 40 years-old. He was not identified by name at the time of this initial reporting.
The eastbound lanes and the ramp in that specific area of the Eastex Freeway were closed off while authorities responded to the scene.
