Driver fatally collides with tree on Tidwell Road
HOUSTON, TX – A driver died after he crashed into a tree at 4300 Tidwell Road on Wednesday, according to the Houston Police Department.
A 57-year-old man was driving a blue Chevrolet Silverado east on Tidwell Road when he strayed off the roadway and slammed into a tree in the median around 4:30 p.m.
First responders extricated the man from the Silverado and transported him to an area hospital, where he died.
Officials will release the victim’s name once his family members are notified.
