Collision of 2 trucks leaves driver dead in downtown area
HOUSTON, TX- Two trucks had a fatal collision on Oct. 11th on I-10, abc13 reports.
Both trucks were on I-10 East heading up to I-45’s ramp. They hit each other and one truck lost control of his truck. This truck then went across all the lanes before hitting some tress in between the ramp and I-10.
The driver in this vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the other truck were two people. The driver and the female passenger both had minor injuries.
An at-fault driver has still not been determined.
Westbound lanes of I-10 up to I-45 were close for an extended amount of time as authorities dealt with the crash.
