Fatal hit-and-run involves bicyclist on FM 1764
TEXAS CITY, TX- A bicyclist died on April 9th after getting hit by a vehicle that left the scene on FM 1764, KHOU reports.
The vehicle struck the victim at 3:3o that morning. This happened near Emmett F. Lowry Expressway and State Highway 3.
Eastbound lanes were closed off on FM 1764 close to this area until at least 10:30 that same morning.
No reports were given about what type of vehicle was involved or who may have been the driver.
