Hit-and-run driver strikes, kills pedestrian on TX 99 in Tomball
TOMBALL, TX – According to KTRK, a hit-and-run driver fatally collided with a pedestrian on the 10200 block of TX 99 on Saturday.
The driver hit Darrell Thomas Jones, 27, as Jones was walking north to south across the highway around 1:22 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Jones dead at the scene.
Investigators found parts from the suspect’s vehicle at the scene.
