Hit-and-run incident kills bicyclist on Greenridge Drive
HOUSTON, TX- A 64 year-old unidentified male bicyclist was fatally struck by a car on Greenridge Dr. on March 12th, the Houston Police Department reports.
At 4:20a.m., a northbound vehicle hit a bicyclist who was heading in the same direction. The operator of the vehicle then left the location.
Authorities have been able to determine that the driver struck the victim after hitting another vehicle that was parked on the side of the road. The at-fault driver was in a blue vehicle and the parked vehicle was empty at the time of the crash.
The bicyclist was killed at the site of the crash, which happened at 3400 Greenridge Dr.
