Man dies from semi-truck vs. car crash on I-35 in Austin
AUSTIN, TX – A Friday morning crash on I-35 North claimed one man’s life, KXAN reported.
Police stated that a car was speeding, which led the driver to get trapped under a semi-truck.
The impact of the crash made the driver succumb to injuries and die. The semi-truck driver was unharmed.
Following the incident, NB I-35 was closed, and drivers were redirected to Frontage Road at Wells Branch (Exit 247) instead.
Law enforcement did not release the names of those involved in the collision.
