One killed in pedestrian hit-and-run on Westheimer Road
HOUSTON, TX- A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision on Westheimer Road on Friday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.
At approximately 5:15am, officials reported a hit-and-run crash that occurred when a vehicle struck a pedestrian crossing the road with a walker near the 8800 block of Westheimer Road. The vehicle did not remain at the scene of the crash. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
