Pedestrian killed in FM 529 accident
HOUSTON, TX- A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision on FM 529 on Saturday night, according to Harris County Traffic Reporting.
At approximately 10:45pm, two vehicles were driving eastbound on near the 16500 block of FM 529. A pedestrian entered the roadway with a shopping cart, causing the first vehicle to strike the cart and push the pedestrian into the roadway. The second vehicle struck the pedestrian and fled the scene. A family member returned the driver to the scene where she was arrested.
