Woman jumps out of moving truck, dies near Eastex-Jensen Area
HOUSTON, TX – According to KHOU, a woman died after she jumped out of a moving pickup truck on US 59 NB near Tidwell Rd on Tuesday.
The victim was a passenger in a white Chevrolet pickup truck. She jumped out of it around 3 a.m. and landed on the freeway.
It is unclear if the truck hit the woman or if she was struck by another vehicle.
First responders transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died.
Authorities questioned and released the driver.
Officials have not released the woman’s name.
