2 dead in motorcycle accident on McKinney St.
HOUSTON, TX- A motorcyclist and a bicyclist both crashed and died on Jan. 8th on a McKinney Street intersection, the HPD reports.
At 10:05p.m., two bicyclists were on a bike trail exercising. Meanwhile, an orange Honda motorcycle had been speeding while heading west on this road. It crashed into one of the bicyclist when both bicyclists attempted to cross McKinney Street on the crosswalk.
The 37 year-old motorcyclist and the 49 year-old bicyclist died from the impact and authorities pronounced them dead at the scene.
The other biker was not injured.
There is an active investigation being conducted on this case.
