Young man died after driving into house on N. Wilcrest Dr.
HOUSTON, TX- A driver lost his life after losing control of his vehicle near 400 N. Wilcrest Dr. on Feb. 5th, the Houston Police Department reports.
The 25 year-old man lost control of his car on the Memorial Dr. intersection as he was heading southbound at 2:55a.m. on Saturday morning. His white Ford Mustang drove off the road and into a tree. The vehicle then continued to move until it hit another structure, this time a home at 13300 Butterfly Lane. This home is located right off of N. Wilcrest Dr.
After hitting the house, the Mustang burst into flames and the driver could not get out. The people in the house were all ok and were unharmed.
No one else was reported to be in the vehicle.
Before the deceased driver’s identity is revealed to the public, it is first being revealed to family.
An investigation is being run on this collision.
