HOUSTON, TX- An intoxicated driver killed two of his passengers and injured a third after speeding on Belfort Ave and crashing into a forklift and Feb.9th.
Click2Houston reported that the driver admitted that alcohol was a factor in his driving. Authorities also found open containers in the car.
