3-vehicle crash on East Freeway killed a female driver
CHANNELVIEW, TX- An incident involving two passenger vehicles and a semitruck on East Freeway resulted in the death of one woman on March 10th, Click2Houston reports.
This accident occurred around 3:30 in the morning on the eastbound lanes of East Freeway.
@HCSO_VCD units are investigating a fatal crash at 15384 East Fwy (outbound), involving two vehicles and an 18-wheeler. One female driver was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. All outbound lanes of the East Fwy are closed, traffic is being diverted to Dell Dale

The driver who died was thrown out of her vehicle from the impact of the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Nothing is known about the other drivers’ conditions.
Information concerning who was responsible for the crash or how the crash actually occurred has also not been revealed.
The collision caused East Freeway to be temporarily closed while authorities cleared the crash. Dell Dale was the new route that traffic was directed towards.
An investigation into this case is ongoing.
