Train fatally strikes man in Houston’s Fifth Ward

HOUSTON, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, a train struck and killed a man on Union Pacific property at 4201 Lyons Ave on Monday.

The train hit the victim around 11:25 a.m.

Authorities do not believe the cause of death to be suspicious.

The Houston Police Department is investigating the incident.
